Prevention and response to sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment
窪蹋勛圖厙 (窪蹋勛圖厙) is committed to ensuring an academic and work environment free from discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. In order for 窪蹋勛圖厙 to eliminate equity gaps in student academic outcomes, and be an employer of choice, we must look at prevention and response to sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment that our community members experience.
窪蹋勛圖厙s Policy on Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity, and Diversity (PAA) prohibits discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct and sexual violence.
Among other topics, the PAA outlines 窪蹋勛圖厙s processes for responding to reports of
discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct, as well as, local resources available
to the 窪蹋勛圖厙 community. This policy addresses the Colleges aim to provide an environment
that is free of discrimination and harassment on the basis of protected categories,
including sexual harassment and sexual violence. Discrimination and harassment undermine
the basic principles of the North Shore community and are strictly prohibited. If
